Once dry the colour is permanent, Use these blocks dry or mix them with water and the colours turn into intensely vibrant ink. Colours cab be added to and built up without moving previously dried layers. Not only can they be used on papers and card but also to decorate silk and cottons too (do not wash fabrics after decorating).
