Messy Play
Messy play encourages curiosity, exploration and imagination. Children love activities like playing with sand, stones and clay. EYFS Messy play stimulates their senses and encourages experimentation. Learning to understand how each material can be played with is a wonderful way to explore the world. Using tools and equipment during early years messy play helps to develop a child's confidence, both in terms of problem solving and their own physical ability, as they actively explore through messy play.
